It took a few weeks, but finally @81kp61 sealed his fifth Sneak Peek win and earned a free illustration. This is his rare supercharged Toyota Tundra Ivan Stewart Edition in Stellar Blue Pearl. You can win a free illustration by playing the daily Sneak Peek guessing game every morning. Check my recent posts and you'll figure out how it works. Good luck!
Here's a guy that likes adventure so much that he built an entire business and lifestyle around it... then chose a Tacoma to get him there. Number 193 in my quest to illustrate all 260 Toyota model variations, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Thanks @defconbrix for making this drawing enjoyable!
I've often wondered why there aren't more trucks sliding sideways on the track, but not so for @sdxrunner619. He took a nice little X-Runner, ripped out her heart and replaced it with a 6.0L LS2, one of my favorite engines. The result is a perfect solution for removing excess tread from those round rubber things.
Enough with these bagged and lowered Tacomas, let's get a little altitude from North Carolina, thanks to @bsmitty89. Number 176 in my quest to illustrate every single Toyota ever sold in the states.
Another rare stepside, second day in a row. The Tacoma stepside was only made from 2000-2003 and wasn't available on doublecab models. This one is parked on the street near my home and reminds me fondly of those great 80s. I used to pore through every Truckin' magazine from cover to cover. I was to young to own a car, but I loved the creativity, splashy colors and neat engineering that went into each project.
Another rare Toyota today, but from the current millenium. Had to virtually travel to Dubai in order to find a step-side Tundra to add to my Toyota illustration collection. @ikramdurrani sure looks like he's having a good time over there riding dirtbikes and racing cars around. Thanks for going out of your way to get me access to your truck for this project!
I was actually looking for a lifted Tacoma when I happened across this bagged Tacoma owned by @ther3dbaron. The patina hooked me and I wanted to try to replicate it using vector... not totally excited about how it turned out, but dammit, it's good enough. Red Baron, what do ya think?
Dammit guys, I'm never going to finish my quest to illustrate every Toyota if you guys keep winning my daily Sneak Peek game. (Truthfully, it's nice to get a little variety sometimes) Today I'm featuring @yourmomstits and his trusty, indestructible Ford Ranger Sport. I used to rent these through Budget back in the day and I abused the shit out of them, but they never complained. I'd like to hear the same statement made of your mom's tits. Enough potty mouth, get back to work!
