I almost forgot that Lexus snuck in the lengthened RX for 2018. An extra four inches means it's a variant and I guess I gotta draw it. I was feeling blingy today so here it is slathered in Autumn Shimmer and dipped in gold.
Check out @vector_garage for some sweet motorcycle illustrations. Here is your Maserati GranCabrio as a thank you for illustating all of my past bikes.
Another Sneak Peak winner here! @eduarson26.exe correctly guessed the daily Sneak Peak five times and won a free illustration. He chose to have his team's official race car featured. Here in the states we never got the new Scirocco (maybe VW thought it would cannibalize sales of the GTI?) so I've admired them from afar. Now it's just a little bit closer.
Another commission for the excellent motorcycle artist @vector_garage.
We are still months away from seeing the new Camry on the road, but not too early to feature it here. Let's spin the color wheel... looks like blue today! This knocks the last Camry from my list of every Toyota to illustrate.
Big fat line through the last Tacoma on my list. Three generations and eight cab variants, this regular cab second-gen was once owned by @masa_collector in Japan. I think this guy has a serious Toyota truck infection and it's contagious. Over the past year he's had more of them than anyone else I've stumbled across.
I didn't realize it at first, but there's a slightly less-offensive Prius on the road. The Prime is actually longer, lighter and even seats fewer people than the regular Prius. Being so, I am obligated to include it in my quest to illustrate every single Toyota variant ever sold in the US. Yup, this is number 236. Not sure who owns this particular car, but the guys over at @auto.tuned performed surgery on the suspension and were good enough to post it on their Instagram. Owner? Are you out there?
Please don't blame me. I didn't build it, just drew it. Bagged, racked and lipped. Sounds dirty. Just one more Lexus left on my list and I'll have them all drawn.
